We are now coming up with a bold new vertical in the workspace and built-environment space, and on the lookout for a cross-disciplinary creative who lives at the intersection of
artistry and execution.

We're looking for a
Furniture Design & Production Lead
who can sketch like a designer, draw like an engineer, and think like a maker. You'll develop aesthetic, intentional pieces and make them manufacturable at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Furniture Concept Design

  • Ideate and design custom, modular furniture pieces for workspaces and shared environments.
  • Blend global design inspiration with local materials, functionality, and ergonomic principles.
  • Develop products that express our brand's philosophy and aesthetic.

Technical Drawings & Prototyping

  • Translate designs into working drawings, CAD models, and production-ready blueprints.
  • Create instruction sets/documentation for easy fabrication by craftsmen.

Supplier & Craftsperson Collaboration

  • Work directly with carpenters, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
  • Visit workshops and factories to oversee quality and alignment with design intent.
  • Source new materials, finishes, and hardware in collaboration with operations.

Production Optimization

  • Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and scale barriers in furniture manufacturing.
  • Help build backend supply systems that are cost-effective, scalable, and design faithful.
  • Ensure each piece balances design integrity, cost control, and build repeatability.

Preferred Background:

  • 3–5 years in product/furniture design or interior joinery.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Fusion360 for technical drawing.
  • Experience working with small-scale manufacturers or craftsmen is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of wood, metal, upholstery, and finishing materials common to Pakistani supply chains.
