Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a GM Reconciliation & ERP Implementation at SONIC TEXTILE INDUSTRIES (PVT) LTD, located in Karāchi. The individual in this role will oversee the reconciliation of all company accounts, manage the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, and ensure that all financial processes are streamlined and efficient. Daily tasks include managing reconciliation activities, coordinating with various departments for ERP implementation, troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, and providing training and support to end-users. The role also involves continuous monitoring and improvement of financial operations and systems.
Qualifications
- Account Reconciliation, Financial Analysis, and Audit skills
- Experience with ERP Implementation and Management
- Strong Project Management and Leadership abilities
- Technical skills related to IT systems and ERP software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certification in ERP systems and project management preferred
