Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical
Data Analyst
with expertise in
Power BI, SQL, and Python
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analytics and experience working with
SaaS metrics
, helping the organization drive data-informed decisions, optimize performance, and improve revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain
  interactive dashboards and reports
  in
  Power BI
  to support business intelligence and financial reporting needs.
• Write efficient
  SQL queries
  to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Use
  Python
  for advanced data manipulation, statistical analysis, automation, and integration with other systems.
• Analyze and track key
  SaaS financial metrics
  including MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn, Expansion Revenue, and Net Revenue Retention.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Conduct
  ad-hoc analysis
  and prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to
  improve business performance
  through data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a
  Data Analyst
  , BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in
  Power BI
  (data modeling, DAX, dashboarding, visualization best practices).
• Advanced knowledge of
  SQL
  for querying and managing relational databases.
• Proficiency in
  Python
  for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
• Strong understanding of
  SaaS financial metrics
  and subscription-based business models.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with
  cloud-based data warehouses
  (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration workflows.
• Exposure to
  financial reporting
  and working closely with finance/business operations teams.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression, cohort analysis, forecasting).
• BS in Computer Science or any related field.
