About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated
Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Angular Developer
to join our growing technology team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build expertise in
Angular development
while contributing to real-world projects.

As an MTO, you will undergo structured training, mentorship, and hands-on project work to develop the skills necessary for becoming a strong frontend engineer. You will also be encouraged to explore
AI-powered tools, automation frameworks, and modern development practices
to enhance productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply
    Angular
    concepts to design, develop, and maintain web applications.
  • Assist in implementing
    responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance UIs
    .
  • Collaborate with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to integrate APIs.
  • Participate in
    code reviews, testing, and debugging
    to ensure application quality.
  • Explore and leverage
    AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
    to accelerate development workflows.
  • Stay updated with
    modern frontend frameworks, AI-driven development practices, and industry best standards
    .
  • Support in
    documentation, task tracking, and reporting progress
    during the training period.
  • Continuously enhance problem-solving, analytical, and coding skills under mentorship.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of
    Angular (v10+) / React.JS
    , TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Familiarity with
    RESTful APIs
    and JSON data handling.
  • Understanding of
    responsive design
    and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Awareness of
    AI tools
    for productivity (AI-powered debugging, code generation, testing automation).
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Exposure to
    version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab)

  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Experience with
    UI libraries (Angular Material, Prime NG, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, etc.)

  • Knowledge of
    basic testing concepts (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress)

    AI-driven development trends, automation, and low-code/no-code tools
    .
