Architectural Drafter

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter located in Rawalpindi. The Architectural Drafter will collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings and construction plans. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, reviewing building specifications, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, and assisting in the planning and designing of architectural projects. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong ability to interpret architectural plans are key to this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or MechanicalEngineering, or a recognized AutoCAD certification
• 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting
• Hands-on experience in preparing
  2D detailed drawings
• Strong knowledge of
  MEP drawings
  and coordination
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD
  (mandatory)
• Ability to produce complete sets of drawings with accuracy and attention to detail
• Middle East project experience will be considered a strong plus
• Good understanding of construction standards and drafting practices
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
