Purpose of the Role:

This responsible for ensuring the efficient utilization of terminal stacking space, equipment and plan yard layouts for effective vessel and CY operations. Ensure efficient and highly productive planning with due consideration of the overall yard and vessel requirements.

  • This role demands attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high professional standards.
  • This position requires operating in a dynamic, highly regulated environment. The role may involve working in shifts and
    during non-standard hours under high-pressure conditions
    .
  • Handling diverse customers and various types of documentation demands strong expertise and adaptability to stay updated on industry requirements.

Requirement
:

  • Experience: 2-3 relevant experience
  • Knowledge: Basic English reading & writing
  • Skills & Abilities: Basic computer Operating & Typing, Front-Desk dealing, Document Management Supervision skills
  • Education/Qualification: Bachelors (Supply Chain or Shipping Industry)
  • Under going Bachelors degree will not be entertained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and execution of daily yard activities; Sequencing of yard queues, timely activation and de-activation of yard planning work queues and yard allocations.
  • Act as an active member of the Integrated Operations Centre and actively collaborate with all functions therein to ensure smooth operations executions.
  • Ensure that a proper plan is set for the yard operation to run in a manner that achieves maximum productivity and efficiency, with 100% system integrity.
  • Monitor and plan daily space availability for import and export containers based on vessel ETA's and planned receival and delivery programs.
