Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Montessori Directress based at our Green City Campus in Karāchi. The Montessori Directress will focus on implementing Montessori teaching techniques, preparing and delivering engaging lessons aligned with Montessori principles, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for young learners. The role also includes developing age-appropriate curricula, closely observing and guiding students for their holistic development, and collaborating with parents and staff to achieve educational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Curriculum Development and Education, particularly within a Montessori framework
  • Skills in Educational Leadership, nurturing positive classroom environments, and fostering student development
  • Proficiency in Training and Coaching to mentor students and guide staff in achieving learning objectives
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Certification in Montessori education or an equivalent educational qualification
  • Ability to engage with children positively, with patience and enthusiasm
  • Prior experience in a Montessori or early childhood teaching role is preferred
