WORK expands again and we are hiring for 50 Sales Closers for our newest site in Lahore. If you are or know the best Closers, SDRs, Account Executives or Product Specialists, then this is for you.

WORK Lahore office: Salaar Center, 5th floor, Garden town, near Barkat Market - LHR

Shift: Night Shift (7 PM – 5 AM)

Salary: PKR 150,000 / month + Uncapped Bonuses

What You'll Do:

  • Engage prospects through warm and inbound calls to discuss final expense coverage
  • Educate clients on plan options, benefits, and pricing to address their specific needs
  • Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism, guiding clients to a confident buying decision
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up‑to‑date client records in our CRM
  • Maintaining Monthly and Weekly Goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tele sales or insurance closing (final expense experience a plus)
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a client‑centric mindset
  • Comfortable working nights (7 PM–5 AM) in a collaborative office environment
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and self‑motivation
