Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. You'll be actively engaged in creating job ads, posting across multiple platforms, headhunting on LinkedIn, and building talent pipelines to ensure we hire qualified and quality candidates who fit both the role and our culture. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at engaging candidates across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling job descriptions and ads tailored to specific roles.
- Post job openings across job boards, social media platforms, and relevant groups.
- Use LinkedIn headhunting strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure skills and culture fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
- Consistently focus on finding
qualified
and
quality
candidates to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Proven experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
