BodyShop Advisor

We are looking for a **Bodyshop Advisor** to join our team at Suzuki South.

Key Responsibilities,

* Greet customers and understand their vehicle repair/service needs.

* Prepare job cards and accurately record customer requirements.

* Provide repair estimates, explain work to be carried out, and get customer approval.

* Coordinate with the bodyshop team to ensure timely completion of work.

* Keep customers updated about job progress and delivery timelines.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.

* Maintain records and follow up on pending jobs.

Requirements,

* Bachelor's / Intermediate with relevant experience in automobile sector.

* Prior experience as Service/Bodyshop Advisor will be preferred.

* Good communication and customer handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of automobile body and paint processes.

* Computer literacy (MS Office, DMS knowledge preferred).
