Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Subject Teacher to join our team and teach overseas students in an office-based setting. As a Subject Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students from diverse backgrounds, adapting to their learning needs, and providing support to ensure their academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • *Teach subject-specific courses*: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to overseas students, covering a range of topics and curricula.

  • *Assess student progress*: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

  • *Develop lesson plans*: Create comprehensive lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.

  • *Support student learning*: Provide individualized support to students, addressing their unique needs and challenges.

  • *Communicate with students and parents*: Maintain open lines of communication with students and parents, keeping them informed about progress, expectations, and any concerns.

  • *Collaborate with colleagues*: Work with other teachers and staff members to share best practices, develop curriculum, and achieve common goals.

  • *Maintain office organization*: Ensure the office environment is organized, tidy, and conducive to learning.

Requirements:

  • *Teaching qualification*: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area, with a teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed.).

  • *Teaching experience*: Proven experience in teaching students from diverse backgrounds, preferably in an international or office-based setting.

  • *Subject expertise*: Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject area, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

  • *English proficiency*: *Must be proficient in English speaking and communication*, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and instructions.

  • *Communication skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.

  • *Patience and empathy*: Ability to work with students who may face language barriers or cultural differences, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
