Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, confident, and sales-driven Overseas Education Consultants to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and counseling skills, a strong understanding of international education systems, and the ability to meet or exceed monthly admission targets.

This is a performance-based role offering a competitive base salary plus attractive commissions and bonuses based on successful student enrollments and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling & Guidance

• Provide in-depth counseling sessions to students and parents regarding study abroad options, program selection, and university choices.
• Assist students in identifying suitable academic institutions based on their qualifications, preferences, and budget.
• Explain application requirements, visa processes, and post-study opportunities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of international university admissions, course offerings, and eligibility criteria.

2. Application & Documentation Management

• Assist students with preparation of required documents for admission and scholarship applications.
• Ensure timely submission of complete applications to universities.
• Liaise with admissions and documentation teams for processing and follow-up.
• Track each student's progress through the pipeline and maintain accurate records.

3. Relationship Building

• Build and sustain positive relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Communicate regularly with students to keep them informed of their application status.
• Represent the company at educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

4. Sales & Target Achievement

• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly student enrollment and sales targets.
• Convert leads from social media, walk-ins, and referrals into successful admissions.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain a clear understanding of Spectrum Consultants' services, pricing, and promotions to upsell effectively.

5. Marketing & Outreach Support

• Participate in marketing activities, social media campaigns, and student engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing seminars, open houses, and student orientation events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in education consulting, student counseling, or sales-based roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM systems for client management.
• Good understanding of global education systems, especially for UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and deliver results within deadlines.

Note: Salary package is target-based and includes both fixed pay and variable commissions depending on sales performance and conversions. High performers earn substantially more than their base salary through incentives.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
