Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (mandatory).
  • 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, as a medical representative, or in skincare sales, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong scientific knowledge of skincare ingredients.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Must be willing to visit dermatologists in assigned locations (no office attendance required).

Responsibilities:

  • Visit dermatologists in assigned territories to promote and sell the company's dermatology products.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits, ingredients, and scientific backing to healthcare professionals.
  • Explain product formulations, active ingredients, and clinical benefits to dermatologists.
  • Address any queries regarding product usage, side effects, or suitability for different skin types.
  • Ensure dermatologists clinics/pharmacies are well-stocked with products.
  • Coordinate with the supply team for timely replenishment.
  • Gather feedback from dermatologists on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
  • Submit weekly sales reports, including challenges, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists to ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
