Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Rider . The Rider will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Daily tasks include routing, loading and unloading packages, customer interaction, and ensuring the safety and security of the packages. The Rider will also manage documentation and report any delivery-related issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid motorcycle driving license
  • Good knowledge of Rawalpindi's roads and routes
  • Strong customer service skills and etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of package handling and delivery procedures
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record-keeping and reporting
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or logistics, is a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry packages with better efficiency
