QuickBooks Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a young and dynamic QuickBooks expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting and strong hands-on expertise in QuickBooks. You will play a key role in managing and maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting decision-making with timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Generate and analyze profit & loss statements and other financial reports.
• Create and manage invoices, ensuring timely billing and collections.
• Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the setup, customization, and ongoing maintenance of QuickBooks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / MBA degree in accounting, finance, or ICMA completed.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with a strong focus on QuickBooks.
• Solid understanding of AR, AP, and general accounting principles.
• Proven experience in invoicing and financial statement preparation in QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
