About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations to lead and manage our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in multi-specialty medical billing, including Workers' Compensation and Auto Insurance cases. This position requires strong leadership, process knowledge, and the ability to manage performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of medical billing, charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management teams.
  • Ensure all processes meet required turnaround times (TAT) and quality standards.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
  • Train, guide, and mentor team leads and associates for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational workflow.
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze daily and weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Graduation required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the RCM / Medical Billing industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes and U.S. healthcare billing workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage night shift operations effectively.
