Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Flutter Mobile App Developer
to build a
cross-platform social app
(similar to Timo / LivU / Bigo Live). The app will include
live video calls, random matching, voice chat rooms, in-app gifts, VIP subscriptions, and an admin panel
.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in
real-time communication (WebRTC, Agora, or similar SDKs)
and building apps with
in-app purchases/subscriptions
.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) using Flutter
  • Integrate video/voice calling features (Agora/Twilio/WebRTC)
  • Implement random matching & voice chat rooms
  • Add in-app purchases (Google Play / App Store subscriptions)
  • Build a virtual gift & coin system with leaderboards
  • Develop admin panel for user & content management
  • Ensure app scalability, performance, and security

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with
    Flutter & Dart
  • Hands-on experience with
    Agora, Twilio, or WebRTC
    SDKs
  • Knowledge of
    Firebase / backend
  • Experience with
    Google Play & App Store billing
  • Familiarity with
    REST APIs, push notifications, and socket-based communication
  • Previous experience building
    live streaming or social apps
    preferred

Nice to Have:

  • UI/UX design skills
  • Knowledge of scalable cloud hosting (AWS/GCP)
  • Experience in moderating social/live content platforms

Engagement Type:

  • Full-time contract OR freelance (remote)
  • Duration: 3–6 months (initial MVP) with potential long-term engagement
