Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong ability to understand, document, and manage project requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between teams, maintain progress transparency, and validate project deliveries as per defined standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze project requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable tasks for the development and design teams.
  • Manage task assignments, monitor daily progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct audit and validation of project deliveries to ensure they align with the defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Act as a bridge between the client, project manager, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
  • Maintain detailed and professional progress reports tracking milestones, updates, and timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing project performance, ensuring alignment with deadlines and business goals.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely status updates to the management and clients.
  • Assist in project documentation, requirement gathering, and change management processes.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks in project execution and suggest practical solutions.
  • Ensure all tasks are properly tracked, completed, and delivered according to the defined scope and expectations.
  • Must be capable of efficiently managing 5-6 projects at a time while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field (education is secondary to experience).
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Project Coordination and Quality Assurance.
  • Strong understanding of requirement gathering, task management, and delivery validation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills to monitor progress, highlight issues, and propose improvements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Good understanding of development processes and team collaboration.
