Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift In-charge in Faisalabad. The Shift In-charge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, managing team performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The role includes monitoring workflow, coordinating with other departments, maintaining safety standards, and providing training and support to staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
    - Fully hands on Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Power BI- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
