About the Role

We are hiring Sales Executives to join our expanding field sales team. The position involves visiting local shop owners and small businesses across Karachi to promote business growth packages and essential services designed for local markets. This is a target-driven role ideal for candidates experienced in field sales, insurance, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to approach local businesses.

  • Explain service benefits and close sales effectively.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Achieve daily sales targets (minimum 3 sales per day).

  • Provide feedback and insights from the market to the management team.

  • Represent the company professionally in the field. Requirements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, field sales, or marketing.

  • Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor's is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Must have a bike and smartphone for daily visits.

  • Disciplined, result-oriented, and confident personality.

  • Basic understanding of digital services is an advantage (not required).
