Job Overview:

We are a leading custom packaging company specializing in innovative and high-quality packaging solutions, including custom boxes, retail packaging, and branding materials. We are seeking a skilled Print-Ready Designer to join our creative team and ensure flawless designs prepared for printing and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and finalize packaging designs for printing (offset, digital, and flexographic).
  • Prepare accurate die-lines, print files, and artwork layouts as per printer specifications.
  • Ensure all files meet technical print standards (bleeds, trims, CMYK, spot colors, resolution, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop packaging concepts that meet client requirements.
  • Review and correct files provided by clients to ensure print readiness.
  • Maintain consistency in brand guidelines and design quality.
  • Work on mockups, prototypes, and 3D visualization of packaging.
  • Coordinate with vendors and printing houses regarding technical design requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in print design, preferably in the custom packaging industry (International Market).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
  • Good understanding of print production processes (offset, flexographic, and digital).
  • Skilled in preparing and reviewing die-cuts, dielines, embossing, foiling, and spot UV files.
  • Knowledge of color management, typography, and pre-press standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving approach.
