Job Responsibilities:

C-shaped arm used to connect the x-ray source and x-ray detector to one another. C-arms have radiographic capabilities, though they are used primarily for fluoroscopic intraoperative imaging during surgical, orthopedic and emergency care procedures.

Qualification & Experience Required

Matriculation/ Intermediate

Must have Diploma in Radiology/BSMT (Radiology)/Equivalent certified course.

Skills / Competencies

Experience of at least 2 – 3 years for routine and special x-rays at well-known hospital/medical center.

Responsibilities:

Perform all routine and special radiology procedures.

Coordinate with the Radiology reception and front office for films reading and reports.

Maintain all documents including daily record of the patients, letters, Maintenance contract of radiology machines, visits of vendor to attend the call as per maintenance contract and etc.

Maintain the record of x-ray film, contrast media, drugs, chemical, cassettes, screens, image plates and etc.

Take consent forms from patients if and when needed.

Responsible for proper functioning of x-ray machine and associated accessories
