Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team in a multifaceted role combining Social Media Management, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand growth, engaging audiences, and generating high-quality leads to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (posts, videos, graphics) tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand voice. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and reach. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize platform effectiveness. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive company growth. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers to expand market presence. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas. Develop and pitch proposals, presentations, and strategies to secure new clients or projects. Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation campaigns using social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to attract high-quality prospects. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment with business goals. Analyze lead generation performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates. Marketing: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products/services, increase brand visibility, and drive conversions. Create and manage content for marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and ad copy. Leverage SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and attract target audiences. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts.
