Education: BSc in Chemistry or PhysicsJob Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and finalize technical proposals and bid documents
  • Compile inputs from multiple teams (technical / finance / operations)
  • Ensure compliance with RFP / tender requirements
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates and past proposals
  • Enforce version control, formatting consistency, and document quality
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data/approvals
  • Track proposal progress and internal review timelines

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • BSc in Chemistry or Physics
  • Strong command of English (written & verbal)
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to liaise with multiple departments
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
