Role Summary

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and executing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online engagement. This role involves content planning, analytics tracking, campaign execution, on-ground promotions, and managing multimedia content including video and photography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Monitor social media performance through analytics and reporting tools.
  • Lead content shoots and coordinate with videographers/photographers.
  • Oversee video editing and production of reels, shorts, and promotional content.
  • Manage content calendar, trends, hashtags, captions, and community engagement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, leads, and ROI.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Represent brand identity in all communication and ensure consistent guidelines.
  • Handle on-ground marketing activities, event coverage, and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing & content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premier Pro).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, insights, and build performance reports.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital trends, and platform algorithms.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
