We are building an AI-powered search platform for educational institutes, and we're looking for an experienced
AI Engineer
who can work independently, lead new AI projects, and manage our existing systems.

What You'll Work On

  • Installing & managing
    local LLMs on GPU servers
  • Building
    RAG-based systems
    (embeddings, retrieval, vector DB)
  • Developing
    Python APIs
    for search, content upload, and chat history
  • Improving search accuracy using re-ranking, embeddings, and fine-tuning
  • Training/optimizing LLMs for faster inference
  • Collaborating with PHP team for UI integration
  • Managing model deployments, updates, and monitoring

Required Skills

  • Strong in
    Python + FastAPI/Flask
  • Experience installing
    LLMs on GPU servers
    (CUDA, vLLM, Ollama, HuggingFace)
  • RAG expertise using FAISS / Pinecone / pgvector
  • Deep understanding of
    embeddings, chunking, and context retrieval
  • API experience: authentication, rate-limit handling, versioning
  • Knowledge of
    fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT)
  • MySQL/PostgreSQL database management

Nice to Have

  • AWS knowledge (S3, EC2, Lambda)
  • Docker, container deployment experience
  • Background in EdTech or search systems

Remote Work Requirements

  • Reliable, stable internet connection
  • Personal laptop/PC with modern specifications
  • Quiet workspace for focused work
  • Availability during real-time duty hours (no offline work)

Job Timing

Full-Time / Project-Based:
3:45 PM – 11:45 PM (Pakistan Time)

Part-Time:
3:45 PM – 7:45 PM (Pakistan Time)


You must work live on the system during these hours.
