About Us:

Foods Inn is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to excellence in restaurant industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process different types of accounting vouchers in ERP and maintain record of same.
  • Perform & share different reconciliations on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Perform & share different accounting analysis on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Process salary payments through bank portal on monthly basis.
  • Process Vendor payments through Cash & Cheque on daily basis
  • Make purchase invoices for goods and services on daily basis
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on monthly basis.
  • Prepare and send invoices via email for Debtors on monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong computer literacy & understanding of internet navigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite specially MS Excel.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
