Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Men's Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong management skills, good knowledge of men's grooming services, and the ability to achieve sales targets. Candidates living near Malir Cantt will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the men's salon.
  • Supervise and lead the salon team to ensure high-quality services.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall salon standards.
  • Handle customer complaints, bookings, and walk-in clients.
  • Train staff on grooming techniques, customer service, and new trends.
  • Manage inventory, product orders, and stock levels.
  • Create and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and retention.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Promote salon services through offers and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience managing a men's salon.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of men's grooming services and products.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and boost revenue.
  • Customer-focused personality with problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably living near Malir Cantt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
