Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager with strong consulting experience who can independently lead project workstreams, shape client solutions, and oversee delivery teams. This role requires the ability to manage engagements end-to-end—from diagnosis and analysis to solution design and implementation—while ensuring that client expectations are met with professionalism and insight.

You will work directly with senior leadership and clients, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the firm's business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, conduct diagnostics, and oversee analytical outputs
• Develop high-quality reports, presentations, frameworks, and strategy documents
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops, validation sessions, and stakeholder engagements
• Supervise junior consultants, provide guidance, and ensure quality of work
• Manage project timelines, work plans, risks, and client communication
• Support proposal writing, pitch development, and new business initiatives
• Ensure timely, accurate, and impactful delivery of consulting assignments

Required Qualifications

• ACCA/CA, or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, advisory, research, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience in leading components of consulting or advisory engagements

Required Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and engage diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical tools
• Capability to supervise teams, manage deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
