Good Duty Sheet (GDS) – Female Waitress (Sheesha Bar)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 4 – Best Western Hotel

Position: Female Waitress

Reporting To: Floor Supervisor / Café Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Uniform & Grooming: Must report in clean uniform, with name badge, light makeup, and neat appearance.
• Professional Conduct: Be polite, respectful, and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Customer Greeting: Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu.
• Order Handling: Take clear, accurate orders and confirm before serving.
• Service: Serve Sheesha, drinks, and snacks promptly with a smile.
• Sheesha Maintenance: Check Sheesha quality, manage coal changes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Table Management: Keep tables clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
• Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in service and guest areas.
• Shift Closure: Clear tables, return items, and submit bills/cash before leaving.
• Rules & Discipline: Follow café timings, avoid mobile use during duty, and cooperate with the team.
