Overview

This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and client-facing skills. The Application Egnineer & Product Specialist is the key point of contact for clients visiting our demonstration room, providing comprehensive, personalized, and engaging demonstrations of our home automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for smart home technology, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, tangible benefits for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Client Engagement & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling and educational tours of the demonstration room for prospective clients, architects, and designers.

· Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of all products, systems, and software. Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during demonstrations.

· Needs Assessment: Listen to and understand client needs and preferences to recommend tailored home automation solutions.

· Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on client inquiries and provide technical support to close deals.

· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and demonstration outcomes.

· Demonstration Room Maintenance: Ensure all equipment in the demonstration room is fully functional, clean, and ready for use.
