Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel options or packages.
- Follow up with customers to offer support, confirm updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Address complaints empathetically, offering effective solutions or alternatives.
- Keep customers informed about current promotions, offers, and services.
- Contribute to team performance by working toward first-contact resolution targets.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and any service-related changes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fresh or 1 year of experience in a customer service, support, or travel-related role
Must-Have Skills:
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic understanding of travel services and customer support tools is a plus.
