Hamza Foundation Academy for the Deaf is seeking a creative and skilled 3D Max Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong 3D modeling, texturing, and animation skills to help visually communicate the foundation's message, projects, and initiatives through impactful digital design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in designing and creating the characters along.
  • Working on the movement of the characters.
  • Creation of short film of the characters as per the story for deaf children.
  • Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations for various educational, promotional, and institutional projects.
  • Use 3ds Max as the primary tool; proficiency in additional tools such as Blender or Maya is a plus.
  • Collaborate with the creative and communications teams to develop visual concepts that align with the foundation's mission.
  • Design engaging visual content for presentations, videos, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and ensure version control.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual ideas for outreach and development campaigns.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 3D Graphic Designer or 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, and animation work.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (mandatory), and familiarity with Blender, Maya, or similar 3D software.
  • Basic knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold).
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field is preferred—but candidates with strong portfolios and experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs100,000.00 per month
