Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end interfaces.
  • Implement responsive, user-friendly front-end components using
  • Design and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest MERN stack technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily standups.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer using the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, , , , and MongoDB.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with front-end applications.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of web performance, security, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Redux, , or TypeScript.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
