About the Role:

Elite Techlogix is expanding its
Full Stack Web Development Department
and looking for a proactive
Business Development Manager (BDO)
who can grow this division from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for bringing in web development projects, managing developers, and ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and win projects on
    Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
  • Communicate with clients to understand business needs and project scope
  • Prepare and submit proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals
  • Hire and manage front-end and back-end developers
  • Oversee project execution and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain strong client relations and follow-up for future projects
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for growth

Requirements:

  • Experience in
    online bidding / sales
    for
    web development projects
  • Understanding of Full Stack technologies
    (React, , Laravel, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Excellent
    written and verbal English
    communication
  • Experience in
    team hiring, task supervision, and client management
  • Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented mindset
