Location: On-site, Lahore, Pakistan

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT), Monday–Friday

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are hiring female Customer Service Representatives to join our Life Back Taxes campaign. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and deliver a professional customer experience. If you have excellent English communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate details about services, pricing, and processes
  • Assist customers with order placement, status updates, and tracking
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and issues with effective solutions
  • Document interactions accurately in call logs and CRM systems
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to relevant departments
  • Adhere to company communication standards and guidelines
  • Stay informed on products, policies, and system updates

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of call center or international customer support experience (Required)
  • Strong English verbal communication skills
  • Confident in handling high-volume calls
  • Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Professional, punctual, and well-organized
