Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative.#UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring our digital products are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative

UI/UX solutions.


• Design user-centric interfaces and workflows for web applications.


• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and UI specifications.


• Ensure responsive design compatibility across devices and screen sizes.


• Translate complex functional requirements into clear and user-friendly designs.


• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.


• Maintain and evolve UI/UX standards and design systems.


• Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI components.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.


• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a UI/UX Developer or Designer.


• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.


• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.


• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.


• Experience in user research and data-driven design improvements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Nice to have Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Tailwind CSS).


• Experience with mobile app design (iOS and Android guidelines).
• Basic understanding of agile development methodologies.
