Full Stack Software Developer - (NestJs + VueJs, IoT Platform)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our team.

The role focuses on maintaining, refactoring, and optimizing the existing NestJs (backend) and VueJs (frontend) codebase, while managing databases and integrating IoT devices.

This is a remote position, starting full-time with the option to shift to part-time after the initial months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extend and maintain the existing NestJs + VueJs codebase.
  • Refactor modules to improve performance and reliability.
  • Maintain daemon services for data ingestion and processing.
  • Manage data flows across MySQL, SQLite, and MongoDB databases.
  • Operate within Synology NAS (DSM/Docker) environments.
  • Integrate and test IoT dataloggers via MQTT, CoAP, and FTP.
  • Troubleshoot, log, and optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in NestJs (backend) and VueJs (frontend).
  • Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases: MySQL, SQLite, MongoDB.
  • Experience with Synology NAS (DSM, Docker).
  • Hands-on knowledge of IoT protocols: MQTT, CoAP, FTP.
  • Proven ability to work with and improve existing codebases.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Engagement Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time initially, transitioning to part-time.
  • Location: Remote.
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day (initial months), reduced hours later.
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Timings: Flexible.
