Job description:

EdLink Education & Visa Services—Lahore is seeking a confident, well-spoken, and motivated female student educational counselor to guide and support students in choosing the right educational paths. The ideal candidate will assist in providing career counseling, admissions support, and information regarding study abroad or local academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students regarding academic options and career paths.
  • Assist students with application processes, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities for both local and international universities.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of educational programs, visa procedures, and university entry requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or seminars at schools, colleges, and events as needed.
  • Follow up with students regularly to ensure smooth application processes and document submission.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and progress reports.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in education, counseling, or a related field).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presenting.
  • Prior experience in student counseling or education services is a plus but not mandatory.
