Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer based in Islamabad. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating training outcomes. This role involves developing training materials, mentoring sales team members, and continuously improving training programs to meet desired sales targets. The Sales Trainer will also focus on enhancing the communication and customer service skills of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Sales Training and Training & Development
  • Excellent Presentation Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering high-quality client interactions
  • Ability to mentor and coach sales professionals to achieve their targets
  • Proven experience in refining and improving training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
