Job Overview:

Digital Auxilius is looking for a skilled CMS Developer who specializes in building and maintaining websites using WordPress and Webflow. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to create visually stunning, high-performing, and user-friendly websites for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain websites using WordPress and Webflow.
  • Customize themes, plugins, and templates to align with project requirements.
  • Create responsive and cross-browser-compatible designs that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Manage and troubleshoot CMS-related issues to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Implement website updates, SEO optimizations, and performance enhancements.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and project managers to ensure cohesive results.
  • Monitor website security, perform updates, and maintain backups.
  • Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve website efficiency and usability.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in CMS development, focusing on WordPress and Webflow.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred:

  • Experience working on projects in the Healthcare or IT Industry.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
  • Medical knowledge is a plus.
