Sr. Cashier

ChaseValue is a renowned retail sector is looking for a Sr. Cashier to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Oversee and process sales transactions efficiently using electronic POS systems.
• Ensure accuracy in handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, including end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and handling escalated issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed checkout area.
• Support, guide, and mentor cashier team members to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies related to cash handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the floor and inventory teams to assist with restocking and maintaining stock levels.
• Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist supervisors in monitoring workflow and suggesting improvements for smoother operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
