Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Examination Trainee located in Karachi Division. The role involves assisting with the coordination and scheduling of examinations, ensuring adherence to examination protocols, maintaining exam-related documentation, and supporting examiners and students in all examination processes. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting issues during exams and preparing reports as required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage and coordinate examination processes efficiently.
• Proficiency in documentation and report preparation to maintain accurate exam records and data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, students, and administrative staff.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth execution of examinations and address any issues that arise.
• Familiarity with educational testing protocols or prior experience in examination-related roles is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
