Job Title: Office Project Manager

Location: Electrosolz (ES) Office

Reports To: CEO / Managing Director

Job Purpose:

The Office Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring all ongoing projects run smoothly and efficiently. The goal is to reduce executive workload by handling routine management tasks, supervising progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables across design, printing, electronics, and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management & Coordination

  • Oversee all ongoing projects (design, electronics, 3D printing, assembly, etc.) and maintain updated project timelines.
  • Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track task completion, follow up on deadlines, and report daily/weekly progress to management.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation — design briefs, material lists, cost sheets, etc.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.

2. Operations & Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations including staff attendance, resource allocation, and workflow organization.
  • Ensure the workspace is organized, materials are stocked, and machines are maintained (FDM/SLA printers, electronics benches, etc.).
  • Coordinate procurement of raw materials and consumables; maintain vendor relationships.
  • Maintain office inventory of filaments, paints, resins, electronics components, and tools.

3. Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients when the CEO is unavailable.
  • Draft and send professional emails, quotations, and progress updates as instructed.
  • Prepare concise daily and weekly summaries for management (project status, team performance, pending tasks).
  • Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.

4. Financial & Logistical Support

  • Work with the finance/accounts department to ensure project cost tracking and material purchase records are updated.
  • Verify vendor bills, quotations, and expense claims before submission.
  • Support in creating client invoices and tracking payment status.

5. Quality & Performance Management

  • Ensure that all printed, painted, and assembled parts meet internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate inspection routines and communicate defects or reprint needs.
  • Maintain checklists for print accuracy, assembly validation, and electronic testing reports.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication (English & Urdu).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with CAD files, 3D printing workflows, or electronics terminology (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of project tracking tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or Excel-based trackers).
  • Leadership and problem-solving ability with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or office management.
  • Technical or design firm experience is a plus.

  • Projects delivered on time and within budget.
  • Reduced escalation of routine issues to CEO.
  • Improved communication flow between departments.
  • Organized documentation and consistent follow-ups.

Work Hours

  • Full-time, on-site position (Monday to Saturday).
  • Occasional flexibility required during urgent project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs70,000.00 per month
