Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Karachi Division. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, including preparing and managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include managing accounts payables and receivables, reconciling accounts, preparing periodic financial reports, and coordinating with external auditors. The Senior Accountant will also assist in strategy planning through financial forecasting and contribute to maintaining internal financial controls.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial management functions such as accounting, budget preparation, and financial forecasting
  • Strong expertise in accounts reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and standards, as well as internal financial controls
  • Excellent analytical abilities paired with skills in report preparation and presentation
  • High proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification preferred)
  • Experience in the media or entertainment industry is an advantage
