We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our pharmaceutical distribution company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across departments, managing logistics, warehouse, and supply chain processes while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations.

· Coordinate with suppliers, bookers, pharmacies, and internal departments.

· Ensure bookers achieve daily sales targets and conduct regular follow-ups to monitor performance.

· Manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

· Implement and monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

· Supervise dispatch, delivery, and logistics processes.

· Ensure compliance with DRAP and other regulatory authorities.

· Lead and train operational staff.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree required.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pharma distribution or related industry.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software is required.
