Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Supervisor located in Quetta. The Field Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing equipment and resources, monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. The Field Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production supervision and staff management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the steel manufacturing industry
  • Technical expertise in managing equipment and resources
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Quetta
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the steel industry is a plus
