Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate
Behavioral Therapist
to join our team in
Lahore
. The ideal candidate will design and deliver individualized therapy plans, work closely with families, and contribute to a culture of empathy, inclusion, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and therapy sessions for children with autism and related developmental conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
