We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine visual creativity with user-centric design principles to deliver engaging graphics, intuitive user interfaces, and seamless digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing branding assets, marketing materials, and digital interfaces that align with our business goals and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design
  • Create high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including logos, social media posts, marketing collateral, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design engaging campaign materials.
  • UI/UX Design
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
  • Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs.
  • Collaboration & Innovation
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging UI/UX practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
