Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Punjab, Pakistan. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and performing clerical duties. The role also involves coordinating with team members and departments to ensure organizational efficiency and providing exceptional administrative support to executives and team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing tasks, records, and office operations
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication for professional interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively support managerial or executive roles
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools
  • Ability to remain adaptable, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience in administrative or office assistant roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
